Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of FleetSQL subscriptions and services made through our website. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we provide this policy to ensure transparency about our refund process.

2. Payment processing

All payments for FleetSQL are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means:

  • Paddle is the official seller of record for your purchase
  • Your payment is processed securely by Paddle
  • Paddle handles billing inquiries, payment disputes, and refund processing
  • Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms

3. 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of your initial purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us or Paddle of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., email). You do not need to provide a reason.

We will reimburse you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

4. Subscription renewals

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to your initial subscription purchase only. It does not apply to automatic subscription renewals.

To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription before your next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting us.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 14-day period, you have two options:

5.1 Contact FleetSQL support

Email us at support@theassettrack.com with your account email address and a request to cancel. We will process your refund through Paddle.

5.2 Contact Paddle directly

You can also request a refund directly from Paddle:

  • Locate your receipt email from Paddle
  • Click the support or refund link in that email
  • Follow Paddle's refund request process

6. Refund processing

Once a refund is processed:

  • Refunds are issued by Paddle within 14 days of your cancellation request
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your FleetSQL subscription will be canceled
  • Access to your dedicated database ends upon refund processing

7. Cancellation vs. refund

Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

  • Cancellation — Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund — Returns your payment. Access ends upon refund processing.

To cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you can do so from your account settings or by contacting us at support@theassettrack.com.

8. Currency and taxes

Refunds are processed in the same currency as your original purchase. Any taxes or fees included in your original payment will also be refunded.

9. Free trial

If you signed up for a free trial and do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. No payment is required during the free trial period.
